KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF HR DEPARTMENT EFFICIENCY IN THE SYSTEM OF PROVIDING MULTI-VECTOR DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article enhances statements on formation and application of key performance indicators of HR department efficiency in the field of employee motivation technologies in the system of providing multivector development of enterprises. The authors have determined distinctions of this problem in the view of differences of strategic vision of enterprise development from the standpoint of company top-managers and owners. The authors have considered the most widespread areas, where the KPI are developed and applied. The article outlines a list of possible key performance indicators of HR departments of an enterprise concerned with formation and usage of employee motivation technologies.
