KEY PROJECTIONS OF THE STUDY OF THE PHENOMENON OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF NURSING

Abstract

This article describes the psychological and pedagogical approaches to study of the process of training of future Bachelor medical nurses. It is proved that today in Ukraine there are no complex pedagogical researches on the nursing education. The problem of the formation of professional competence of medical nurses and their professional training is not sdudied well. The arranging of medical nurses’ studying does not provide the necessary level of professional competence. The article aims to reveal the essence of the professional nurse, explore the content of professional competence and professional mobility of future specialists of Nursing. Nursing staff is considered as valuable health resources that can satisfy completely the needs of the population in an accessible, high quality and effective medical care. However, the level of professional training of nurses according to traditional approaches does not satisfy the needs of society for getting the quality level of nursing services. According to the modern concept of Nursing, a nurse should be highly qualified specialist-doctor’s and patient’s partner, able to work independently as part of a team. It was found that high professional competence provides quality work of all medical sphere. Professional competence of nurse provides formed ability to work independently, to cooperate, to set goals, to concentrate on identifying and dealing with professionally oriented tasks. Professional mobility of nurse is based on readiness to professional activity and determines the adaptation to new conditions and activities, responsibility in making decisions and capacity for self-development. The author reveals the potential praxeological approach in the training of Bachelor medical nurses. Methodological principles of research are psychological and pedagogical concepts that reveal the possibilities of students’ development during the process of educational activities of professional competence and professional mobility and modern approaches to organizing professional education in medical institutions. So, the professional training of qualified nursing staff that has deep theoretical, practical knowledge and skills that will make a substantial contribution to the solution of problems of professional pedagogy and the healthcare of Ukrainian nation.
