Abstract
The Act – Law on Civil Status Record sallows the possibility of entering into marriage outside the Register Office premises to a wider extent than before. This Act provides for a general regulation that does not require presenting reasons justifying the making of declarations of will by the prospective spouses outside the register office. Th is issue is governed by the successive paragraphs of Art. 85 of the Act–Law on Civil Status Records (para. 5, 6, 8, 9 and 11). The above referred provisions in practice give the prospective spouses considerable freedom as regards the venue where they want to enter into marriage.
