Abstract
Lobelia dortmanna (Lobelia dortmanna L.) in Poland is a species of the total species protection. It occurs only in the northern part of the country in Pomorskie Lake Region and several isolated positions. The observation of the presence of a lake lobelia in North-Central Poland was carried out within Bory Tucholskie in the Bory Tucholskie National Park, Kaliska and Kościerzyna Forest Districts. As a result of field research, and the analysis of the documentation available, the plant was found in the Wielkie Krzywce Lake and in two posts in the area of 40 thousand hectares of forest – the Lakes: Małe Oczko and Duże Oczko. Most lobelia occurs in the Lake of Małe Oczko, in several places. This species is threatened by blinding, change in the composition of the waters and tourism.
