Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of legal aspects of rendering services in the field of rural green tourism as a kind of activity of personal peasant farms. The current state of the legal provision of public relations in the field of rural green tourism is analyzed. Ways of improving the legislative support for the activities of personal peasant farms that provide services in the field of rural green tourism are formulated.
