LEGAL GUARANTEES FOR INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL AND LABOR RELATIONS: PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION AND EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract
This article is devoted to problems of implementation and effectiveness of the legal guarantees provided by the internally displaced persons in the field of social and labor relations. The author substantiates and analyzes the effectiveness of benefits and advantages provided by internally displaced persons in the event, change and termination of labor relations. The researcher proclaims out that the legislation Ukraine in the field of labor guarantees, benefits and advantages of internally displaced persons in labor relations based on the principle of unity and differentiation of legal regulation of labor relations. The unity of the legal regulation of labor relations that arise, change and terminate on internally displaced persons manifests itself in ensuring equality of labor relations before the law and prohibition of discrimination on any ground. Differentiation is done by providing the citizens of Ukraine have the status of internally displaced persons extra (special) legal guarantees in labor relations. The author proposes certain amendments to the current legislation regulating relations in the provision of social and labor guarantees for internally displaced persons in Ukraine.
