OBJECTIVE PARTY IN THE COMPOSITION OF VIOLATION OF THE RULES IN FORCE IN TRANSPORT (ART. 291 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE)

Abstract
The article investigates the objective side of the offense under Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, its constituent elements (socially dangerous act, which is reflected in the criminal acts and omissions, socially dangerous consequences, a causal link between the act and the consequences). During the writing of scientific articles found that the violation of established art. 291 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the rules expressed in non-compliance with rules, regulations and standards for the manufacture, conversion, repair of vehicles. It is also proposed measures to improve the rules of criminal law providing for criminal liability for violation of the rules on the transport, in terms of consolidation at the legislative level, namely the disposition of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the list of socially dangerous consequences such as serious to moderate injuries, large material damage caused by crime.
