LEGAL REGULATION OF LABOR SELF-EMPLOYED PERSONS (IN THE EXAMPLE OF LAWYERS AND THEIR ASSISTORS)

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical study of the legal regulation of the work of self-employed persons by the example of lawyers and their assistants. The author argues that self-employed persons are not subjects of labor law, but they are subject to its scope, in particular, as regards the guarantees of the realization of the right to work. Attorneys are self-employed, in this aspect they will be covered by the scope of labor law in the aspect of guarantees, as well as the possibility of being an employer and concluding a contract (employment contract) with an assistant attorney.
