LEGAL REGULATION OF MORTGAGE OF LAND PLOTS: COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE CURRENT LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of the laws of Ukraine «On mortgage» and «On pledge», the Civil Code and the Land Code of Ukraine in the part of legal regulation of mortgage relations of land plots. The attention is paid to terminological differences and gaps in the legislation. As a result, appropriate suggestions have been made for their replacement in order to develop a single approach in creating the norms operating the legal relationship of mortgage of land plots.
