SELECTED ISSUES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF STANDARDIZATION IN THE FIELD OF AIR PROTECTION

Abstract
The article, based on an analysis of current legislation and scientific research, substantiates the necessity to recognize the ozone layer as an independent natural object, for ensuring legal protection of which it is proposed to consider standardization, which should include the development, installation and implementation of emission standards for substances affecting the state of the ozone layer and climate (greenhouse gas emission standards).
