LEGAL REGULATION OF REGISTRATION OF MARINE SHIPS: DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
In the given work the current legislation regulating registration of sea courts in Ukraine and foreign experience are analyzed. It is proposed to make the register of Ukraine an open or international register of ships, that is, a register in which vessels registered by foreigners – citizens of other states and legal entities registered in other jurisdictions must be registered.
