Abstract
The evolution of tsarist Russia’s legislation regarding this type of lending to agricultural producers was characterized, such as solo and bill loans. At the same time, the main focus is on the activities of the Board of the State Bank and its local offices and offices in the provinces of the Dnieper Ukraine on terms of lending and the system for ensuring the repayment of loans.
