LEGAL STATUS OF A SURROGATE MOTHER

Abstract
The article deals with aspects of legal regulation of the right to surrogacy. Attention is paid to the legal status of a surrogate mother. Specified the need for strict control over surrogacy program that will avoid the abuse of this right.
