Legislative and legal principles of land possession in Ukraine

Abstract
In this article, the scientific-legal and historical-legal analysis of the actual possession of land in Ukraine is carried out. The legal content of the concept of actual possession of land and its types, the disadvantages of legal regulation of this legal institution, the possibility of judicial protection of this actual state is revealed.
