Constitutional and legal interaction between the US Congress and the Supreme Court

Abstract
The article discusses the issue of constitutional-legal interaction of Parliament and the authority of constitutional jurisdiction in the aspect of the American experience of the relationship between Congress and the Supreme Court of the United States. Defines General fundamental doctrinal ideas of the system of checks and balances, the constitutional-legal status of the relationship between Congress and the Supreme Court of the United States, describes modern tendencies of development of constitutional legal relations between the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court.
