Abstract
Leukemic reactions (LR) are abnormal blood reactions similar to leukemic (subleukemic), but they are different in their pathogenesis; LRs never transform into leukemia. The article presents several clinical cases, the course of which was complicated by the development of LR. The modern recommendations for the diagnosis, classification of LR, differential diagnosis of LR are shown in the article. The article represents the management of patients with LR depending on the somatic disease that provoked the occurrence of LR.
