LINE BALANCING BY USING LEAN MENUFACTURING TOOLS IN A HEATING COOLING FACTORY

Abstract
It is very important for a company which works due to Lean Manufacturing rules, following continuous improvement way for each own activities. Continuous improvement activities should be followed with a systematic rules and lean manufacturing tools should be used depends on related area’s needs. A line subjected to continuous improvement can be improved by using lean manufacturing tools like time studies, standart work analysis, standart work combination analysis and kaizen improvement study. This line improvement study which is all mentioned methods implemented had been realized in Daikin Heating and Cooling Systems INC.
