LIQUIDATION OF LEGAL ENTITIES AND ITS TYPES IN UKRAINIAN CIVIL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of theoretical concepts for definition of the term “liquidation of legal entities” in the academic literature. The norms of the current Ukrainian legislation, which regulate the procedure of liquidation of legal entities, were analyzed. Various types of liquidation of legal entities were reviewed and its peculiarities stipulated by Ukrainian civil law were revealed.
