RESTORATION FUNCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE-TORTABLE LAW

Abstract
The article reveals the content of the law-restoring function of administrative-tort law, as well as its relationship with the compensatory function. The norms of the legislation of Ukraine on administrative responsibility are analyzed, in which the bases and the order of realization of the right-restoration function are fixed. The attention is paid to the fact that the right-restoration function is aimed at restoring the legal status of the subject of law, as a result of which the subject of law again becomes the owner of those rights that he was deprived of, his property is returned to him, he is restored at work and his name is rehabilitated in society.
