Main directions improvement of the system public administration in the Republic of Azerbaijan

Abstract
The article spends conceptual bases of the model of development of the system of public administration. The main directions of improving the existing system of public administration are considered: the need to adopt a law on public administration organizations, the development of the military and political strategy of the state in modern conditions, and the legal regulation of the monitoring of the administrative activities of the state apparatus.
