MAIN FEATURES AND CLASSIFICATION OF ILLEGAL FOREST PERPETRATORS

Abstract
The article analyzes socio-demographic, criminal, moral and psychological features of persons who commit illegal logging from the standpoint of Criminology. The literature review of traditional approaches to the problem of law-breaker’s personality traits has been conducted. The classification of persons who commit illegal logging by several criteria has been proposed. A high degree of criminal professionalism among such criminals has been outlined. A number of cases from judicial practice have been provided.
