RE-ENACTMENT OF ROAD ACCIDENT AS PART OF THE WAY AND CONDITIONS OF COMMITTING OF CERTAIN CATEGORY OF CRIMES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of entity of re-enactment of road accident as a way of committing and hiding of consequences of committing a certain category of crimes with the aim of countering to their detecting and investigating. As a result, the research proposed criminalistic classification of crimes related to re-enactment of road accidents by certain basics. In addition, concluded that a re-enactment of road accident may be both part of the way of committing of certain categories of crimes and a way of hiding the consequences of its committing, as well as a way of hiding the event of committing of crime itself. The purpose of the application by criminals of re-enactment of road accident during the commission of a certain category of crimes is preventing of their detection and investigation.
