MANAGEMENT OF ETHNIC CONFLICTS IN INTER-ETHNIC RELATIONS: PECULIARITIES OF TERMINOLOGY AND METHODOLOGY

Abstract
Сonsidered the current state of the development of methods for solving inter-ethnic conflicts. Analyzed the possibility of their use in the practice of research of inter-ethnic relations. Clarified the feasibility of using psychological terminology in solving ethnic conflicts. Have been identified the features of negotiation in conflict situations. Recognized the prospects for further research on ethnic conflicts.
