МАТЕРІАЛЬНЕ СТИМУЛЮВАННЯ ПРАЦІ ЯК ЗАСІБ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПІДПРИМСТВА

Abstract
N.H. Goncharenko. Labor material incentives as a means of raising the competitiveness of an enterprise. The questions that determine the possibility of an enterprise competitiveness rising at the expense of workers material incentives were considered in the article. The question concerning wages and salaries regulation in Ukraine was defined. The level of earnings in different regions of Ukraine was analyzed. At the given moment the main problem of all enterprises is the question of producing competitive goods that is the created product must meet two basic product constituents: the price and the quality. The creation of such product will be one of the conditions of the enterprise competitiveness rising. Examining and analyzing different factors of enterprise competitiveness we came to the conclusion that the main factor among them was the labor material incentives. This factor gives the opportunity for the workers to control their work and arouse their interest in positive results of their own activity. The system of labor material incentives should be based on such grounds which would supplement each other and, in the first turn, create certain conditions in order to make the employees be interested in their professional activity. At present the structure and quality of enterprises manpower, labor content, the reserves as for labor effectiveness increasing require nonconventional approaches to the application of the material incentives principles.
