Mediation in higher education improves the relationship between teachers and students

Abstract
This paper aims to create a reflection on mediation in education as a strategy to improve the relationship between teachers and students, for having this area in the words of Manzano (2017), its own characteristics and a complex functioning, which causes a very differentiated conflict, find ourselves in a context where different aspects converge, such as the educational, organizational, work and even family, which need a response global and precise in these conflict situations. Developing. for lift The objective of this work was theoretically and methodologically analyzed the referents about mediation in the legal and university community. Methodology: It was based on the documentary review, with the orderly and methodical collection of information contained in books, brochures, codes and articles, which can be obtained in a library, specialized institutions such as the website of the Council ofthe Judiciary. Results: Some research evidenced ways to address theconflicts by university students, such as avoiding confrontations, school desertion and Isolation of the students that makes it even more difficult for the teacher to reconcile academic. Conclusion: if we want to achieve a quality of education we must givea look at mediation in general and online mediation specifically, such as one of the best alternatives to continue resolving conflicts and contributing to unblock the judicial system and the educational system, fundamental pillars in the development of a country
