MEDIATION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS IN UKRAINE: CURRENT STATE AND DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT

The article discusses the current state of the legal regulation of mediation in Ukraine. Analyzed foreign experience in the field of mediation. The conclusion is made about the prospects for a legislative settlement of mediation. Proposed directions for the development of mediation in Ukraine.
