METHODICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article analyses existing approaches to the assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation process of investment projects. Characterized by list of indicators by which to assess the profitability of the investment project implementation. The advantages and disadvantages of the considered methods of estimation of efficiency of investment projects. The methodical approach to complex assessment of efficiency of investment projects at industrial enterprises, which will make it possible to conduct accurate and qualitative assessment of the effectiveness and attractiveness of investment project implementation for investors, enterprises, bodies of state and local authorities. The advantages and disadvantages regarding the use of the proposed method.
