METHODOLOGICAL BASES FOR PREPARATION OF FUTURE OFFICERS OF THE STATE BORDER SERVICE OF UKRAINE TO PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of improving the professional training of future officers of the Border Guard Service, in particular preparing these specialists for professional interaction. A chronological analysis of the etymology of the content of the basic concept in the study - "interaction" - has been carried out. The peculiarities of the activities of guards of the state border for the Ukrainian state are given. The need to create the ability of future border guards officers to engage in professional interaction at the level of colleagues, domestic and foreign citizens crossing the border and residents of the adjoining border areas has been proved. The results of the study of the problem of training specialists of various professional fields in relation to the formation of professional interaction are proposed. The content of Ukrainian and foreign philosophic, sociological and psychological and pedagogical scientific literature concerning the problem of the ability of specialists to professional interaction is researched. The basic methodological bases of the decision of a problem of preparation of the future experts of the border department to professional interaction are determined. The publication analyzes the position of personality-oriented, acmeological, competence, subjective, systemic, activity, synergistic, axiological approaches. Transformation of these methodological approaches to the training of future officers of the border department to professional interaction has been carried out. The experience of domestic and foreign practice of scientists in solving the problem mentioned in the article is taken into account.
