Abstract
A method for constructing a diagnostic model of a generalized digital device module based on an improved spectral diagnostic method is developed. This method makes it possible to use the parameters of transients in the power line of the digital device as diagnostic information. The method differs from the known ones by the simultaneous description of the internal structure of the diagnostic object and the functional dependencies between the output responses of the digital device and the signals in the power bus when test actions are applied to the digital device. The developed diagnostic model can be used as a base for determining the output signals of digital devices at the structural and functional level. Using the diagnostic model increases the availability of the digital device.
