MILITARY CRIMES IN THE SYSTEM OF CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the system of military crimes. The signs of this system were considered. The place of the institute of military crimes in the system of criminal legislation of Ukraine was shown. The criteria for systematization were indicated. The author has traced the connection between the system of military crimes and other systems of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
