Abstract
The article studies the peculiarities of the administrative and jurisdictional activity of the National Police of Ukraine, analyzes the main scientific researches in the field under study, reveals the current conceptual approaches and specifics of the application of the norms on misconduct against public order in the current legislation of Ukraine.
