МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ДОСВІД ГРОМАДСЬКОГО КОНТРОЛЮ ЗА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ ОРГАНІВ ПОЛІЦІЇ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of international experience of public control over the activities of police authorities. The most successful international experience in using public control in law enforcement bodies is taken into account; examples of activities in this area of government, law enforcement agencies of those countries recognized by world leaders in the development of democracy and the interaction of the authorities with the public are given. It was revealed that in our country there is no mechanism of public control over the activities of the National Police. The law provides for the possibility of its implementation, but there is no procedure and mechanism for it.
