MODELS OF STATE-CHUR CH RELATIONS (POLITICAL AND LEGA L ASPECT)

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of “model of state-church relations” and describes such types of state-church relations as theocracy, cesaropapism, the model of separating the state and the church, the state church, the intermediate state between the state church and the model of separating the state from the church. The basic types of the model are described, under which the state and the church are separated from one another, separating and cooperative. The model of state-church relations in Ukraine, their legal regulation is investigated.
