MODERN TENDENCIES OF NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Based on theoretical works of foreign and domestic scientists, the article identifies both main features and aspects of national innovation systems (NIS) and models of their functioning with the identification of Ukrainian NIS’ development model. Separately, taking into account the estimation of modern tendencies in the development of world countries’ national innovation systems, including Ukraine, global tendencies of NIS development in modern terms of global economic development are identified. Besides, the article reveals problems and perspectives of domestic innovation system development.
