MORTGAGE LENDING DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPROVEMENT OF STATE HOUSING POLICY

Abstract
The paper studies the mortgage housing market in the context of state housing policy. Existing problems and factors that prevent effective development of mortgage lending are defined. The dynamics of mortgage lending in the housing market is analyzed. Further assessment of the market prospects for mortgage lending in Ukraine is provided. Directions for activation of the mortgage market through the introduction and further development of mortgage mechanisms by mortgages refinancing are proposed.
