Abstract
The article raised the issue of professional managers of pre-school education system in Ukraine training. The phenomenon professional competence of the head of kindergarten. An attempt was made to isolate exter- nal stimuli and internal motives of leaders of preschool education for their professional development. Analyzed the objective and subjective obstacles that stand in the way of professional managers of preschool education.
