FUNCTIONAL RESTRUCTURING IN THE GENERAL PROCESS OF RESTRUCTURING OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article deals with current issues related to the restructuring of enterprises, essence is explored and certain the place of restructuring as instrument of general process of reformation of enterprise. The process control system of enterprise restructuring comes forward the article of research, oriented to the increase of competitiveness of enterprise. The purpose of work is stipulated by the necessity of location process of restructuring of enterprise doing the reformation. The scientific and applied methods of research were used for the decision of the put tasks, namely: theoretical generalization and systematization. On the basis of complex research in work the features of conducting of transformation changes and problem of enterprises adaptation are certain to the market conditions of manages, exposed specific, features and personal touches of their activity during the process of restructuring. The results of researches from the problems of restructuring are shown, that very often equate it by the processes of reformation and reorganization changes, as absent unique approach to maintenance and essence in a terminology.
