THE ACTIVITY OF GLUTATHIONE AND GLUTATHIONE TRANSFERASE IN SALIVA OF CHILDREN WITH FLUOROSIS

Abstract
It was determined the concentration of reduced glutathione (GSH), protein and activity of glutathione transferase (GST) in saliva of 49 (12 years) healthy and with fluorosis children from Popeasca village of Stefan Voda region. The results reflect changes in the glutathione content and glutathione transferase activity in the saliva of children with fluorosis.
