NEW ASPECTS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALIST - НR-MANAGER OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract
In the paper the study of the psychological and pedagogical training of the future specialists – HR managers of professional education has been conducted and special aspects of the training have been defined. The methodological and theoretical concepts of the research have been outlined. The modern approaches to psychological and pedagogical training of the future specialists in professional education have been considered. General and specific characteristics of psychological and pedagogical training in the conditions of a modern educational institution have been determined. Similar functions and competences of the Master of Professional Education and HR manager have been determined. The leading qualities in the process of the future specialists’ formation which determine the effectiveness of the HR manager regarding human resources management have been mentioned. The evolution of approaches to the training of Masters of Professional Education has been studied from the concept of psychological and pedagogical training of the future specialists to the concept of «human management». The competency paradigm, which imposes such requirements on the students’ personality as the ability to cooperate, to make decisions independently when necessary, the complex problem solving and the ability to approve decisions, the sense of responsibility, etc. has been defined. The competences of the Master of Professional Education are compared according to the professional training program as well as the program results of the training and competencies of the HR manager. It is emphasized that psychological and pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities that were acquired and learned in the institution of higher education will help Masters in Professional Education in their career as the future HR managers. The tasks of improving the content of programs and subjects, psychological and pedagogical professional development of teachers and management structures of institutions of higher education, that will promote psychological, pedagogical and professional training of the Masters of Professional Education as the future HR managers have been emphasized.
