NOTION AND LEGAL NATURE OF CRIMINAL LAW NORMATIVITY

Abstract
The article presents a personal scientific view on the normativity of the criminal law, which is based on the paradigm of value-normative legal thinking. Attention is paid to some terminological nuances and the legal nature of the phenomenon.
