Abstract
1 stycznia 2016 roku wejdą w życie dwie nowelizacje Ustawy o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (dalej: „PTZ”): zmiany wprowadzone przepisem art. 38 Ustawy z dnia 25 czerwca 2015 roku o zmianie ustawy o samorządzie gminnym oraz niektórych innych ustaw [Dz.U. z 2015 r., poz. 1045] oraz zmiany wprowadzone przepisem art. 72 Ustawy z dnia 9 października 2015 roku o związkach metropolitalnych.
