Nursing Managers Organizational Learning

Abstract
The rapid development of technology, the growth of health – care organizations to deal with crisis, adversity and threats in today's competitive world vividly show the need of learning. In the midst of this situation, many organizations have realized the goal of increasing organizational learning of their labor in their plans. In fact, nursing managers are in front-line of care management. Moreover, they are important elements in organization management. In other words, they could use knowledge and science in empowering employees, improve quality and productivity, increase job satisfaction and commitment to the organization and ultimately, they could be effective in survival of the organization.
