Ogólnopolskie badanie nad zawartością wapnia i witaminy D w dietach dzieci w wieku 4 lat

Abstract
Wyniki ogólnopolskich badań żywieniowych przeprowadzonych w 2005 r. na reprezentatywnej grupie czterolatków potwierdziły niedobory wapnia i witaminy D w dietach dzieci. Niedobory te mają charakter przewlekły i mogą być trudne do wyeliminowania ze względu na niedostateczną wiedzę żywieniową matek. W profilaktyce niedoborów wapnia i witaminy D w diecie, korzystną rolę może odgrywać żywność wzbogacona.
