ON THE LEGAL REGULATION OF RELATIONS OF OWNERSHIP OF ATMOSPHERIC AIR

Abstract
In the present article deals with the problems of establishing ownership of the air in the constitutional order and the lack of regulation in its current (conventional) legislation. The author proposes to consolidate the Basic Law ownership of airspace, and in special laws subjected to detailed regulation to ensure effective protection of the atmospheric air and its safe use within the sovereign rights of States over to territorial space.
