ON THE QUESTION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CONCEPTS OF "SERVICE" AND "SERVICE"

Abstract
The article considers issues related to the determination of the correlation of concepts “service” and “servicing”. The approaches put forward by scientist-civilians to the establishment of the essence of concepts of “service” and “servicing” are analysed. Features of legal categories of “services” and “servicing” are studied.
