Organization Achievement: Sample of Handball World School Championship

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate achievement and evaluate the organization of Handball World School Championship held in Turkey. Participant group of the research was volunteers of Handball World School Championship. 74 volunteers were participated to the research. 47.2 % of participants were male, 52.8 % participants were female. 83.2% of participants were university students, 16.8 % of participants were high school students. Average age of the participant was founded as 22.8. Organizational evaluation survey and personal information form was used as a tool to get data. One way ANOVA, t test, standard deviation, medium statistics used for analysis. Female participants find more successful then male participants achievements of authorized people according to findings. Besides, there are significant relationship with participants’ education level and organization dimensions.
