Abstract
The article deals with the generalization and systematization of theoretical approaches to improving the organizational and economic tools for managing small businesses in the field of agriculture. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the fundamental works of the classics of economic thought, devoted to the theory and practice of entrepreneurship, as well as special studies of leading domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of improving small business at the micro, meso and macro levels.
