Organizational features of formation the economic foundation supported of agriculture in Czech republic

Abstract
The organizational principles of the starting phase of activities Supporting agricultural and guarantee fund in the Czech Republic are considered. The basic features of Fund, its objectives and Program activities are described. The estimation of the agrarian environment of the Fund are presented. Proposals for the formation of such institutions in the domestic agricultural sector are substantiated.
