ОСНОВНІ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ У ГАЛУЗІ ЦИФРОВОГО МИСТЕЦТВА

Abstract
Digital art is media art direction, which products are created and presented with help of modern information and communication or media technologies, and the result are artistic works in digital form. Dynamic digital art actively responds both to technical and technological innovations, to a specific kind of creative thinking of modern artists. Although attempts to realize this phenomenon as a whole, as well as to assess the particular features of digital art in a scientific thought are fragmentary. More research is required to build a solid scientific basic. That's why the goal of this article is to analyze main definitions and interpretations, to highlight areas of digital art, to determine features of digital art. The research identifies basic definitions, provides digital art characteristics, analyzes terminology, analyzes forms and directions of digital art phenomenon at present stage of its development.
