Abstract
The article states that the reproductive rights of a natural person are derived from the fundamental rights and freedoms established in the Constitution of Ukraine. The author has analyzed the international and national legislation in the field of regulation of reproductive rights and has made suggestions on the improvement of the standards of the Family Code of Ukraine.
